We accept responsibility for ensuring that the travel services we arrange are provided as described and to a reasonable standard. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected portion of your booking.
We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party travel suppliers, except where those services form part of a package we have organised and sold directly to you.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
